      Pros

      Good career oportunities. Good training plan which not only targets busyness needs. Very stable work environment. Very challenging if you are up to it.

      Cons

      Poor performance evaluation programs done yearly. Allot of technical people who are mediocre survive in the company. Depends on team, the workload and stress cand be very high.Burnouts may occur.

      Pros

      Atos employees overseas and locally are quite helpful. Atos also has a number of high profile, international, management-driven projects which are good to get into.

      Cons

      Benefits and incentives are not great. Country management and APAC HR seemed to have adopted a strategy of reducing headcount since 2011, and the headcount has fallen drastically. Now could be the time to hop on board though, as the attrition seems to have reached a trough and they seem to be recruiting aggressively.
