      Pros

      Flexible work environment. Good working style as long as you are in teh right, small committed group

      Cons

      There is no clear strategy. Atos is not known for anything special. Talking about "lean" is not acting lean. The whole management style is very traditional Top down. Decisions are often taken "out of the stomach" not based on facts. No management culture ad all.

      Pros

      technology wise, work is available in all the technologies and provides opportunity to work in back as well as front office......gives technical and functional work in equal amount.....good chances of learning if you are freshers and growth if you are joining as experienced and many chances for on-sight.

      Cons

      for freshers , company is not good for growth. slow growth and slow training as well as slow project allotment process....no technology is fixed sometimes..like a person trained in .NET will be allotted to different technology al later point of time.
