      Note for ATOS Seniors Kindly appreciate your employees (Financially as well R&R), so this space can be filled

      1. At first, they want to remove email culture, and I think managers follow this for all their juniors. As they don't even care to reply, unless its their work. 2. You don't get recognized for any effort you put in, for any out of box work you do. 3. Remuneration is something you shouldn't even think of when you are in ATOS.

      Fast pace and dynamic environment. Each person is valued for what they can contribute. Staff are responsible for their own progression. You can achieve fantastic career progression if you are seen to work hard and contribute to the overall goals. But only if your face fits

      A blame culture where every one is watching their back. People fear taking ownership and responsibility for their actions.
