      Pros

      Good pay for dump heads.

      Cons

      Worst HR Team ( They won't even reply back to your mails). No employee support. No proper pay as promised ( Even shift allowance they won't pay giving the reason they have bid the project for less amount). No life balance. Worst Management in India ( Mainly Pune). 3 Months notice period even in probation period ( But they would mention 1 month in offer Letter).

      Pros

      Unfortunately nothing positive to write about, nice office at Santa Fe.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy, if you are not friend of the director you are not part of the team, they just care about earning money forgetting about the people. The environment is not good also, everybody is divided.
