      Sparks of genius in Consulting (zero email) - but not enough to create a sustainable business.

      +Technology driven forward looking +Scope for taking leadership roles

      Cons

      - Capability work streams don't work well with sectors - Lots of presentations with little beneath a very thin veneer (particularly from the 'Global' team) - Not recognised outside of public sector - Consulting has zero-value in SI, Managed Services and HTTS

      Project Directors should carry blame

      If your political or not very good at your job, you will rise through the ranks very quickly

      Cons

      Project Directors fail Atos, not their Project Managers. They pull management strings, threaten and demotivate staff, and are generally clueless. Some Directors move from failure to failure blaming management as they go.
