      Pros

      There are lot of learning opportunities here. If you leave other things, you will gain good knowledge here working for big clients around the world that Atos have. Managers are very helpful.

      Cons

      I would say Atos India is still learning. Processes are in place but lack of proper implementation. HR & Administration work on there own rights and NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEES.

      Pros

      The company is very progressive and has a clear strategy for the future. There are many excellent people working in the company. The regional business in the UK continues to be successful.

      Cons

      I work in the Global business which is struggling to establish itself in terms of competing with the likes of HP and IBM etc... There is far too much influence from ex Siemens IT Solutions and Services group. Also there has been a major influx of ex HP sales and senior executives which appear to be struggling to gain traction.
