      Pros

      Good work life balance. Flexi working hours. Work depends on projects, I was lucky to get good project and onsite opportunity. Nice gym :)

      Lack of good projects, Poor hikes, Lack of long term onsite opportunities.

      Pros

      - Very open and friendly, small organisation culture - Some quite innovative and varied projects in addition to bread and butter - Performance and growth is encouraging - Performance is rewarded - it might not be the best process but the doors to promotion are open - Benefit from big parent company name and resources - Some very good people in the leadership team

      Cons

      - Big parent company means big, cumbersome and unyielding HR and back office processes and tools - Some big managed service accounts require a lot of consulting resources and aren't necessarily the most interesting jobs
