      Not a great please to Work

      Pros

      There are hardly any pros. - Work from home is a good policy but again restricted by certain Managers

      Cons

      - No salary revision/hike - Variable Pays not paid in time - Lot of internal politics - No work ethics between various departments and teams - No proper organizational structure or clear communication from the top management There are just way too many cons and there is not enough space to put everything.

      Pay is less compare to work pressure and amount of work. Motivation to learn recent technology should be there
