      I seriously advice all job seekers to think twice before ruining your career with this company. The management, human resource and work culture - all are highly demotivating. They lack vision, have pathetic projects and have NO concern for any individual's growth. There are no appraisals literally, and the little there are - are highly biased. The management keeps giving you false promises of a good career growth. The whole company culture (across globe) is highly demoralizing - GPTW survey of Atos worldwide (2014 and 2015) has pathetic result - and a clear reflection of Atos. Employee policies mentioned in the handbook are only for documentation purpose - no one in management or HR gives a damn to it. There are no facilities provided to employees - even cab facility for those working in shifts is poor. Despite quoting low rates, they hardly get any project which clearly shows the market value of Atos amongst customers. Finally - PLEASE AVOID JOINING THIS COMPANY
