      Pros

      Reliable and solid employment. They pay mileage.

      Cons

      Once you prove yourself they just pile more work on you. Everyone good at their job is leaving. No matter how good of a job you do, or how much work you do, there is no reward. 5 years now, and I am a top performer, and no raise. I get promised a raise, "after pay freeze lifts", and then my manager takes another job, and a new manager steps in..

      Runs very lean, you are able to work in different areas.

      Cons

      -10 years to earn an additional week of PTO -PTO was reduced, regardless of what was negotiated in your hiring contract -Impossible to take PTO - expected to always be available -Medical benefits reduced - if your spouse can get insurance at their employer Atos will not allow them on their policy. -Work from home flexibility is being reduced to 1 day a week -Layoffs are looming, regardless of tenure. -Senior management can be unprofessional -NO work life balance -NO annual increases, regardless of exceptional annual reviews -NO maternity leave policy -401K match is paid out only in December -Promotions are promised by managers and then blocked by Senior Management -No training available -Only 6 paid holidays

      Pros

      PTO and benefits are the only thing positive about this joke of a company

      Cons

      No pay raise for 5 years, even with exceptional performance reviews. You only advance based on who you know and who's rear you kiss. Upper management is unprofessional and has no idea how to manage a "team". Every position change is a "lateral move" so no pay increase. Good people get boxed up while ones who get written up daily get coaching logs. "Promotions" are given but taken away without explanation or valid reason.
