Pros
Leaving work is a good thing.
Cons
Company does not look out for it's employees. Pay is low, no room for opportunity. Management is horrible and only looks out for themselves. You are treated like a child if you work in certain departments. Raises are not available to all employees. When filling out reviews, it has to be all about the company and how you can save money, otherwise, putting your background, work ethics or accomplishments down will all be in vain. Low morale amongst employees
