Pros

Will give everyone a chance. Great learning program that will pay for any certification you want to take. Great benefits including lots of paid time off and paid holidays.

Cons

Very little room for advancement and will take ages to get rid of bad employees. Requirements to advance in pay scales are ridiculous at worst and subjective at best.

Great Place to get Started

Pros

High turnover rate gives you a quick chance to be a leader which is a great way to build a green resume. Great place to get started when you have no experience. The benefits are fantastic once you become a full time employee. A lot of Paid time off.

Cons

Good talent is watched walk out the door to competitors over and over again. SLA's are very tight and can barely be made with the staff allowed on the account. Staff quits or is terminated and they are not back filled leaving the team with more work and less people. Alot of workers are left in a temp agency as "long term temps" where benefits and pay are lacking.

Pros

The job was ok. Most people have been working there for many years but I feel they just settled. For the most part it was a secure job.

Cons

Underpaid compared to market rate. Didn't realize this until I was laid off. Most companies paid double than what they paid.
