      Nice people is the only good thing I can say

      Pros

      Great people, great head of consulting in the UK who is down to earth and probable one of the only reasons half of the team have stayed so long

      Cons

      Bad decisions from previous global leads have left company in a tough spot. Lack of projects, many people on the bench. Training budget has been tight for the last 3 years. No pay rises in at least 4 years or more despite yearly 'salary reviews'. Company has always been stingy when it comes to spending on people i.e, no proper Christmas parties/dinners, no nice team retreats, not even free drinks at the bar. These little things would bring community spirit and make people feel appreciated.
