Good benefit package, remote work

Cons

poor salary, strict salary and internal recruitment rules which makes it impossible to reach a rapid growth for more ambitious employees (time gaps in which you cannot receive further pay raise, % limit of a pay rise in certain period, and for internal recruitment you have to stay at certain position for 1-2 years (or even longer) until you can progress further

Pros

Good colleges, and, within the middle mangment teams, good managment.

Cons

The higher up the chain you go, the more brain dead leadership get. *Very* poor pay compared to the industry stranded and upper management can not see why that is an issue. You can get a promotion but why bother when it doesn't come with apay rise?
