Pros

Non whatsoever, apart from a few colleagues

Cons

Work your fingers to the bone to hit targets that don't matter. Basically do the 20* the amount of work as other employees but still take home the same wage. Management are spineless and can't handle constructive criticism. I would avoid at all costs as it is a backwards step. No options to progress once in the second line role unless you are fortunate enough to be in managements back pocket.

Cons

- salary - underestimation of you as a person - you are forsed to pay money if you did not pass exam from additional MS trainings; - HR department ( rude, can loose your documents); - freeze for appling to new positions (12 month after you change the job position);
