Pros

Quite a relaxed stand off'ish environment to work in, just get on with things and your pretty much left to your own devices whice is good

Cons

Very much pushed into doing tasks which should be encapsulated within your role

Pros

Very nice and helpfull people; There's some effort to improve some working conditions.

Cons

Just another regular company: - standard facilities; - poor career progression/opportunities: your evaluation is 100% based on client's feedback; there are no clear objectives, you have to discuss and make your point about your progression; - poor monetary help for lunch; - poor monetary help for everyday commuting to client's site and traveling.
