- Depending on the project, you are exposed to many technologies in different industries. - You do not work overtime but this also depends on the project. Pros vary.

Cons

- No match for 401K, the health benefits are not good. Syntel really needs to work on this if they want to attract potential employees. - Management / HR communication

Everybody is supportive if you want to contribute.

Cons

Hikes are small. But, If one performs well he is given awards which also add to some amount of Salary. My work-life balance during my tenure was wrecked. But, I think it was me who needed to understand that.
