1. Personal relationship matters rather than good performance. 2. No growth for deserving candidate based on their performance 3. Don't want to invest in quality. 4. People get promoted based on personal relationship with upper management. 5. If you are thinking ,you can grow with your performance then absolutely you are at the wrong place. 6. Appraisal system is worst. 7. Leaders are there with positions/ years of experience , not with their decisions ,vision and leadership quality . One can not expect good suggestion for those people. 8. Expecting night shift with no management support in terms of cab, food , tea etc.. 9.shifts @ 5: 00 PM are not considered for night shift 10. Worst work culture with biased behavior w.r.t region. 11. Due to worst leadership , from only one account around 53 employees resigned in one financial year and leaders get promoted to manager position, DM positions

Very Less hike Too much politics No So good onsite opportunities being a small company.
