I will not recommended to join syntel in usa. As they have very less project n marketing team is worst that they can't even understand the project cost. They have lost almost all big client. Company is going to shut down soon . I worked in syntel for 3 years , continuously going down as compare to other competitor.
Cons
No specific reason to do Job in syntel. No good project . Not good managers . Not good salary. Not good supporting staff ( immigration , HR, finance and travel ). Try to save money on every travel of employees. Stick to the policy . Don't respect employees effort to keep the project alive for syntel. Manager don't even pick up the call of the employee if he have requested something. Try to ignore him .
