      Pros

      The company is good. Some of the projects are also good. There are lot of opportunities to learn new technologies if you are interested but it depends which team you are part of .

      Cons

      People who are hired in the US are not given given the promotions at all. Apparently, if the client manager does not increase the rate/hr, forget bout any raise.

      low skill employees can get promotions and goodies there..

      Cons

      they will ask you to sign bond (amounting up to $10000 USD) when you are coming onsite (US, UK.. etc) when you are travelling from india and if you resign in foreign country they will force you to pay that money in local indian account in lieu of getting experience letters, and threaten you of doing legal proceedings ... which is illegal in USA as well as in India..
