Pros

Opportunity to work directly with the client. Supportive immediate seniors. Getting new project is easy when the current finishes. Not many pros.

Cons

Appraisals not in line with market.This has led many employees to leave the organization. Less opportunity to learn new technologies and for growth. High medical insurance costs. Useless effort tracking system equip.

1. Syntel is the Best : if you want travel to India 2 time with family on your choice, and make it COST Adjustments because Syntel not pay much ...only 60K / year for full time after deductible it will 52k. 2. Best place to family plan ..if you are married. Take the Syntel insurance UHC and take advantages. But also think after birth of your Child how you can give Toy or food to your child. 3. Just think on 52k/year , fresher’s/fake exp guys in USA .. get more than you including less work and responsibility … because main objective of all USA client need work and stability for at least 6-7 month in the project because new costing comes. 4. Plan to utilize 30 min for manager appreciation ...always say yes sir ,,yes sir,, yes sir on any think. laugh when he laugh…cry when he cry. .than you are in the best company in the world ..don't leave Syntel if you are in best in this things because other place need to do some work not only make manager happy. (Value added things ..etc)

Cons

1. if you are technical and you are in Syntel last couple of year , you don't know where you are in market. because Syntel does not have chance to think about you. now a days automation BOTs. last year cloud computing. You know what I am saying.. 2. technical Job Role and responsibility : Make client happy (co-worker, client Manager) and Syntel manager and offshore / onshore, reporting manager. Daily 30min-1 hrs offshore call and client call 2 hrs , after than start your job. 3. You cannot see manager like Syntel’s manager in the world , they are doing own businesses side by side, (unofficial ) and high level /top level guys also aware, plz No talk for Promotion at onsite, Syntel gives onsite offer that is the MAX offer from Syntel.
