- Almost always, you are trained in one technology and put into another - People are randomly put into any division without any concern for employee at all - HR management is quite poor, they have no idea about co-ordination in their resources - HR creates a torrid time for employees while leaving organization - Little or no focus is given to employees preferences at lower level. They are recruited like workers and given even small odd jobs, which can lead to massive dissatisfaction and even ruining of career in the long run
