The higher up you go the more they do not care about the employees. They worry mire about making money then the clients or employees

good work-life balance management at a high level is really good

Cons

internal politics at the regional level, at times we see lot of job insecurity Appraisal reviews are not genuine and do not have constructive feedback. The company changed a lot post-merger.
