      Good place to work if above call floor level

      Pros

      Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, from the call floor agents to those in positions higher than my own.

      Cons

      Call floor agents had their time so micromanaged that they had to account for almost every minute not on a call and an explanation why. I think it made the environment more stressful for them.
