      Decent pay at the executive level with a great bonus structure.

      Cons

      Poor pay for line staff, money hungry company, constantly pushing 10% rate increases to the residents, but not increasing the hardest working staff pay to align.

      loved taking care of my residents, loved the relationships I built with my teams, felt like I was doing something important

      Cons

      No support from leadership, corporate mentality when dealing with people's lives, residents paid an arm and a leg and our hands were tied with what we could do for them.
