Cons

Disrespectful staff, ED was uneducated on the nursing needs. No accountability for staff members known longer than me. Unethical practices with medication program. Long hours no staff or careless staffing respect.

Id you need a job, its a job.

Cons

Long hours, long weeks, no coverage or support, until your let go then they send in corporate. I was let go out of nowhere for reasons that did not pertain to my job. Held responsible for others actions and no previous indications of work performance needing to be improved on. They just replace you.

Wonderful, positive work environment with a lot of diversity. A lot of support from corporate. Support internal hires and continuing education

No real cons, it is just hectic sometimes but that is the business.
