Pros

The residents are the only good thing about working for Atria.

Cons

Atria only cares about making money. Wages are far below average. Offer a position then change it once hired and still expect you to perform duties of original position without the appropriate pay. If you aren't in management the company does not care about you. Company does not care about safety, I was assaulted while at work and company failed to report injuries.

People are good to be around they seem happy I enjoy coming here. But there is one person who doesn't like me . I never did anything to them ever. She always has a poor attitude towards me. I'm a good person too. Not looking to cause trouble with anyone. Just want to do my job and go home no drama.

Cons

Some people there like to cause drama even for new people. It's cuz they are either evil or feel threatened by you. One or the other . Like I said just want to do my time and go home. No drama
