      The residents and the activities make the job fun! I get to build unique relationships everyday. The sense of community when working at Atria. Also they help you grow within the company

      Stress level was modest and the work wasn't too daunting.

      Cons

      Raises were minimal at best, and normally came with an excuse as to why it was so minimal. Toxic work environment. Very formal and outdated when it came to site-level directors and wearing suits to work.
