There seems to have been a huge change in the company culture as a whole, at all locations. The company used to be very resident based and supportive to directors and frontline staff. In the last several months there has been a shift. Amazing, genuinely-caring, staff members have been let go for little to no reason. Corporate does not seem to take concerns seriously (even concerns regarding resident abuse, complaints, and safety). It has been incredibly eye-opening and shocking how the mindset has shifted to purely $$$. Directors and front-line staff are not receiving the training or support that is needed and being left to flounder until corporate decides to fire them.
