Pros

Fellow managers work hard and work well as a team to make the residents' lives great. Working with seniors is rewarding and the pay was decent.

Cons

Expectations from regional management changed weekly and nobody stood behind their word. Perpetual complaints about 20 year old building condition but would never approve capital expenditures after stating, in person, that they would multiple times. The next time they'd visit, more complaints about the same that they wouldn't approve. Budget management was hard because we were limited with our vendor selection and forced to make purchases with huge markup.
