Pros

Well run company, great support overall. The individual community I was part of was exceptional despite challenging situations and they end up improving and benefiting everyone as a whole. All good teams come with time when individuals feel valued and heard.

Cons

Perceptions and opinions often become "the truth" in situations. Individuals who need to move on are allowed to remain whilst good people leave feeling unappreciated and seeking other jobs. Listen to the people in the trenches!

Pros

I love working and getting to see the residents everyday. I truly enjoy getting to know about their lives and experiences.

Cons

Management is sales oriented. Seem to be only focused on how to save money and make cuts. They are not compassionate towards the residents nor do they listen to what their comments or concerns.
