Love the residents and many dedicated line staff Good compensation and benefits with a potential for yearly bonus

Cons

Huge push to fill the building with people who are often not appropriate 6-10% rent increases every year Regional staff who try and cookie cutter all communities and programs

supervisors do not know what they are doing. no one is on the same page. some residents should not be there. stressful because of how its managed. among other things.do not expect to move up
