Pros

Residents are great to work with. Corporate staff in KY very nice but very disconnected with what actually happens in the senior community.

Cons

High turn over, VP micromanages, rather have empty apartments than allow negotiation on rates. Huge disconnect between communities and corporate. CEO should go on Undercover Boss would learn a lot.

LONG hours - fine until it is expected and unappreciated Executive Director that has no clue what you do, does not listen, is not supportive, does not promote or support teamwork Company is sales and MONEY driven, not PEOPLE driven
