      The residents are great and we get free lunch.

      The hours are terrible there is no work life balance. The management sucks it feels like we are back in high school.

      It all depends on the Executive Director.

      Cons

      The community needs a make over - the competition within five miles is steep. Between Brookdale in Tarzanna and Oak Park Studio City, It looks old and not not offer the same ammenties.
