Pros

The best part of working for this company, at least as a dining room server is that it is really easy to pick up and for 2 hour shifts, it's not the worst paying job if you need a part time.

Cons

There was so much drama and employee turnout. Most of the time, we were understaffed or the other workers weren't doing their jobs so you have to really pick up what others don't do. Corporate doesn't seem to care about their employees and would bring corporate people to the facility and implement new regulations and rules and never seemed to interact with the workers and make it feel like they care.

Pros

Bonding and connecting with the residents

Cons

Part time staff only had 3 hour shifts. Uniforms made you very sweaty.
