Pros

Lots of resources via intranet as well as regional support 24/7 for decision making. Always supportive and responsive in crisis.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Always on call, even when taking PTO. Staff Labor models are skeletal, they don’t make room for call ins. As the director you work additional shifts in addition to 24/7 call. Poor pay for front line staff and the hiring/on boarding process is too long.

I just recently started with Atria and I can't believe the amount of training that I received. It is very refreshing to start with a company that values the orientation process. I am so thankful for this opportunity!
