Working with the residents always a pleasure Working with my staff and fellow directors

LONG hours - fine until it is expected and unappreciated Executive Director that has no clue what you do, does not listen, is not supportive, does not promote or support teamwork Company is sales and MONEY driven, not PEOPLE driven
