      Fast-paced but fun

      Pros

      It's a very fast-paced environment, which isn't for everyone. You have to be ready and willing to work, and work hard. But it's so rewarding to be part of such a talented team doing great things.

      Cons

      Again, fast-paced, similar to a start-up environment in some ways. You have to have some pretty solid work-life boundaries because there's plenty of work to go around and it's easy to find yourself working very long hours to try to get it all done.

      Pros

      Honestly, the only pros were some of the coworkers, and the end clients.

      Cons

      Directors, managers and supervisors do not care about their team. There is no team approach, it is basically bullying you and intimidating you every single day. They absolutely do not care about your professional growth and will make your life miserable. The pay is also substandard. They just don't value experience or education and will bully you every day. Don't do it.
