Pros
I started at Atria earlier this year, and have really enjoyed my time so far! The company is growing quickly, and the work is varied and challenging - which is exactly what I was looking for in my next role when I initially interviewed. People are very welcoming, and there is definitely a "One Team, One Dream" atmosphere. It's a hybrid work schedule - which I actually prefer over full remote.
Cons
If you are someone who needs a lot of rigid structure, this might not be the place for you. I think some departments have more than others, but many are still building that out. As such, your success might depend on your ability to ask for what you need, think outside the box, and be comfortable with change.
