Pros

I've been with CHS for almost 10 years and it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. In my personal experience, I have been able to increasingly grow in my role thanks to supervisors who recognize my hard work and dedication. I especially enjoy those with whom I work - no matter what department they are from.

Cons

Some departments are not as well-run as the one in which I work, so they struggle with being engaged not only with teammates but with patients as well.

Pay is low, understaffed, raises are 3% at the highest and you have to do a whole portfolio to get the 3%

You will get lots of experience and wide-ranging opportunities for learning.

Cons

The workload per person that is expected to be completed each day, sets a frenetic pace that is difficult to maintain. The system does not reward loyalty.
