Pros

Great system which is improving everyday. Pretty good work/life balance. The system values how you feel as an employee and they look forward to your input. True 360 feedback which is good

Cons

It has become more stressful as the System has gotten bigger and we try to make policies/procedures more systemic for all areas. New CEO has big plans...and wants to achieve them quickly.

Excellent company to grow with. Diversity and inclusion is promoted. Awesome senior leaders, who are present not just heard.

Cons

At times unrealistic expectations were put on members of management and their staff. Work, life, balance is promoted throughout the system but certain areas penalized teammates who tried this in certain positions. Healthcare system with horrible healthcare benefits.
