Pros

I had a great team and lots of opportunity and potential within the company. There are many additional job opportunities if you are willing to take things on and/or relocate. The hours were relatively flexible

Cons

Toxic work culture. This location had suffered from the pandemic and the long term effects were poor management, disorganization, and a hostile work environment. I saw hypocrisy within the company in regards to their supposed values. People were abruptly fired without proper discipline or warning. It made for a tense and volatile environment.

Solid pay rate for the scope of the work.

Cons

Some lack of organization when starting out. Office was regularly moved. Due to a reorganization my position was eliminated after four months.
