      My area director was the very best.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't care about anything or anyone at property level. Hard work means nothing to the corporate people.

      Pros

      The core values of the company- Service- Perseverance- Inclusion- Respect- Innovation- Teamwork are simple yet a must in the hospitality industry and ones that the Executive Leadership Team lives and breathes.

      Cons

      Hotels are still understaffed and need to add more team members but don't have the budgeted money to do so. Ultimately, the customer is negatively affected by this.

      You get free soda out of the walk-in fridge.

      Cons

      Inconsistent hours, low pay, no set out time, incompetent bosses all the way up, it is an all around awful place to work.
