No PTO, no paid holidays, no sick leave, poor communication, unrealistic goals.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. As an organization, we understand the value of continued and transparent communications. To that end, our communications to all associates, to include our furloughed associates, during COVID-19 crisis was extremely important to us. In some instances, due to our need to make time sensitive decisions, it did not afford us as much time to communicate with our associates as we would normally have done. We appreciate your input and will reflect on it as we continue to make Atrium Hospitality a great company.
