Some good benefits but easy burnout

Great facilities, good corporate team to assist with training/ general questions on my position.

Cons

Low accountability for higher ups on property while my position is highly micromanaged. I have been publicly shamed and undermined in front of both Atrium employees as well as guests to the point where I am complacent in my position and no longer feel motivated.
