Pros

Work/life balance seems to be at the forefront at this company. The option to work remotely two days per week is something I have never experienced in hotel sales. No wait time for benefits, Daily Pay available immediately, immediate vacation time accrual and you start out with 40 hours of sick time.

Cons

The pre-employment Xenia process is a little confusing. Lots of emails, duplicate emails, and texts, making it difficult to keep up with tasks. Some emails get lost and appointments missed.
