Pros

A great company that invests in its assets, believes in developing a great culture within the hotel and gives the staff the tools and training to do their jobs. With good analysis and action plans the leadership gives the GM’s the ability to manage the hotels.

Cons

The only con has been the uncertainty of change with new top leadership coming out of the pandemic.

An incredibly inclusive company with a heavy focus on internal talent development and support. External hires are done with a heavy focus on culture fit and attitude. Very approachable, friendly and intelligent company leadership that truly invests in their associates

Cons

Normal hospitality cons. Hours are long, problems can be challenging but rewarding. Still better than most in the industry
