Pros

None, really. It's a basic recruiting structure. Regular type of pay for the industry. I will say the people who work here (non-management) are really cool and have been great to work with.

Cons

0 Training for recruiting associates, as well as 0 training for management. Selling sales managers don't have the time, desire nor the training in managing to do their job. They're essentially promoted for performing in sales to keep them from looking elsewhere, but kept in sales with a "management" title, disillusioning newer reps who look to them to actually manage, when really, they're recruiters who don't know or want to manage outside of having the title. You also won't have any visibility to upper management and won't even hear from the CEO (who?). There are so many better recruiting firms - go there!

Pros

If you are desperate to work, this company will contract you quickly and probably without telling you first what you are signing up for, which will make you feel bottomed out and invisible. You may get placed in a good company-but it will be tough to work alongside the privileged direct hires while you are doing all the work and watching them coast, enjoying their time off, 401K/etc, and getting their hefty bonuses on your back. It is possible, not probable that you may get direct-hired, but you will work harder than ever for that crumb of hope and will get strung along for as long as possible. Work is work in lousy times...

Cons

No time off, no real benefits, just a payroll company that provides work for the desperate and cheap disposable professional/educated labor for big-name companies

Pros

You get out of the job what you put into it. If you give 110% there is plenty of opportunity. Position is very sales focused. Quarterly recognition/prizes for exceeding goals

Cons

Not a con, but this job is not for people who want HR or to punch in/out. You have regular goals to meet and management will hold you accountable.
