Cons

If you are a senior person they still do metrics. If you are producing that tends to be not the focus though

They had a lot of PTO and holidays off. Only pro about this company

Cons

Horrible company, weekly scorecards went out and if you did horrible that week you were at the bottom. Daily morning meetings on camera if you were remote.
