Pros

Everything is handled by the Employer so we do not talk to the contract company much. Great salary, I get vacation time, and we get paid weekly.

Cons

The medical benefits seem king of bad to me. I had used my entire dental for entire year for 1 root canal and a crown.

You get to work with great people and teams.

Cons

Unfortunately, the division operates with a "startup" mentality, but the company is not a startup. Everyone's expected to wear too many hats and the salaries are not competitive compared to the market.
